He has been working as an entrepreneur & intrapreneur for multiple companies, helping them to sell their products and expertise.

Tristan manages the team through the responsible division of tasks - he assigns tasks to team members and trusts them to take ownership of their responsibilities with the same commitment that he shows.

Michael has a Bachelor degree in Robotics and AI, Masters in intelligent systems and he started a PhD studies at Smart Infrastructure laboratory HES-SO (SWITZERLAND).
At Leoni Michael applied AI research and optimisation techniques to industry opportunities. Michael joined Axom in 2021 as a chef of the technical team, experienced AI specialist and an amazing problem solver.
