How does it work?
Our solution uses a robotic arm to pick up and rotate the bottle, allowing the camera to take detailed images from all sides.
The image is then analized by a machine learning algorithm that was pre-trained in recognition of defects. The use of ML eliminates the need for spinning the sample and creating a vortex in the container which our competitors rely on. This innovative approach allows us to take more accurate images that were not disturbed by blur or vibrations accompanying the spinning of the product.
Our state-of-the-art machine learning algorithm is capable of detecting particles as small as 75µm with high accuracy, and is stable and independent of environmental conditions such as light in the room.
We understand that pharmaceutical manufacturers have to comply with strict regulations such as 21 CFR part 11. That’s why our team has in-depth industry knowledge to ensure that our solution meets current standards and regulations. Our software is equipped with modules such as audit trail, user management and backups to comply with regulations.
