With a proven track record in business creation and development, Tristan has launched a number of successful projects, including a Swiss subsidiary for a consultancy firm and an IT consultancy business that is still in operation. But it was his failures, such as a food start-up, that provided him with the most valuable learning experiences and led him to become the inspirational leader he is today.

As a leader, he manages the team by dividing tasks responsibly, assigning clear responsibilities to each member and trusting them to deliver with the same commitment and passion as he does.
